Dr. Lofton has helped my neck, shoulders, back tremendously. I've been using chiros for many years (my brother in law is one) and I've never had results this quickly OR this gently. Dr. Lofton isn't the "typical back cracker" chiro. She's gentle but effective. I work in a salon 12 hour days and have typical neck, shoulder, back issues that people get from standing long periods and holding arms up. I will be referring everyone I know.

Dr Lofton is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her! I have been seeing a chiropractor for much of my life and moved to Oklahoma last summer. I tried two other Chiropractors in the area but always left their offices in pain. I visited Grass Roots Chiropractor for the first time a few weeks ago and for the first time in a long time left feeling 100% better. Dr Lofton took the time to learn of my condition and knew just what to do! In no time at all, she had me adjusted and feeling like new again!! Thank you Dr Lofton!

I had neck pain for 2+ years due to the fact I am a photographer and carry lots of heavy equipment and am on the computer a lot. I had massages and other treatments and nothing worked. I met Lindsay and she told me about a new procedure. It took about 4 months of seeing her on a regular basis but I can say for the first time in over TWO YEARS I am pain free and I owe it all to Lindsay/Grass Roots Chiropractic. She was very diligent and worked hard on my neck but has done a fantastic job. If anyone has questions, please feel free to ask. Lindsay is amazing!
